For the elaboration of the aforementioned budget, the Interested Party accepts and explicitly consents to the treatment by mdb laboratori d’anàlisis clíniques, S.A. and abolab análisis clínicos, SL, of their personal data and their incorporation into the existing automated files in this laboratory, as well as sending by email, using the personal data provided, information on the provision of new laboratory services, offers of analytical tests, openings of new centers, newsletters.

Those responsible for the treatment will be mdb laboratori d’anàlisis clíniques, S.A., provided with N.I.F. nº A-58474768, with postal address in calle Urgell, 161, Bajos, C.P. 08036 de Barcelona, Tel. 93.453.86.36, Fax 93.451.23.30 and email: mdb@labmdb.com and abolab análisis clínicos, S.L., provided with N.I.F. nº B-81904385, with postal address in calle Alcántara, 66, Bajo, C.P. 28006 de Madrid, Tel. 91.448.40.86 and email: abolab@abolab.es. The Interested Party may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, oblivion, limitation and portability, by means of a communication addressed to mdb laboratori d’anÃlisis cliniques, SA, to the following postal address: calle Urgell, 161, Bajos , CP 08036 of Barcelona or email: mdb@labmdb.com or abolab analisis clínica, S.L., to the following postal address: calle Alcántara, 66, Bajo, C.P. 28006 of Madrid or email: abolab@abolab.es .. Likewise, the Interested Party may, at any time, withdraw their consent for the processing of their data through the same procedure. The Interested Party has the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection through the channels and procedures established for this purpose on its official website www.agpd.es.
